Mark has served as counsel in numerous hazardous waste site matters and underground storage tank cases, and he has extensive experience as Liaison Counsel for defense groups that have taken on site remediation and contribution litigation. Direct corporate representations include large corporations and small family businesses.

While licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mark counsels individual and corporate real estate managers on acquisitions, divestitures and environmental compliance for their properties.
