Mark A. Stevens, Partner, earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University in 1987. Mr. Stevens is a founder of the firm. He has extensive experience in RCRA compliance and other solid and hazardous waste matters, and in NPDES permitting. He has been involved in numerous underground storage tank cases, asbestos litigation and waste water treatment matters. Mr. Stevens has acted as Liaison Counsel for Superfund groups that have taken on remediation and contribution litigation. He also has worked extensively with individuals and corporate real estate managers on acquisitions, divestitures, and environmental compliance for their property holdings. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Stevens is a registered Professional Engineer, with over ten years of experience in the hazardous waste field. Mr. Stevens graduated from Brandeis University in 1971 and earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University in 1976.
