Sarah B. Silver, Associate, is experienced in civil litigation and concentrates her practice in environmental law.
Prior to joining Langsam Stevens & Silver LLP, Sarah was in private practice representing clients in general and complex litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Upon graduation from law school, Sarah was a law clerk for the Honorable Holly J. Ford, Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, Philadelphia, PA. During law school, Sarah was a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles B. Smith, United States Magistrate, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Sarah graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2005. She graduated from Penn State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree, achieving Dean's List Honors in Science and Business Administration. Sarah also studied international law and international finance at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
Currently, Sarah is a judge of oral arguments at Widener University School of Law; she is an arbitration panelist for the Court of Common Pleas, Compulsory Arbitration Center; and she mentors law students. Sarah is an active member of the Environmental Law and Toxic Torts Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Sarah was honored as a "2008 Top Attorney" in SJ Magazine.
Sarah is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
