Denise A. Kuestner, Associate, is a general practitioner who regularly represents individuals and business organizations in general and complex litigation matters in Pennsylvania, New Jersey State, and Federal courts, including personal injury and tort litigation, commercial transactions, and creditors' rights. She also focuses on real estate and property matters, estate administration and domestic relations. Ms Kuestner is the managing attorney of the firm's New Jersey office.

Prior to joining Langsam Stevens & Silver, Ms. Kuestner practiced law with the law firm of Parrish & Vingelli in Tucson, Arizona. In 1992, she joined Henry Langsam in his practice, and has continued to work with Mr. Langsam and the firm since that time.

Ms. Kuestner is a 1986 graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law after obtaining her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Ms. Kuestner is a member of the bars in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Arizona.
